We’re a young, fast-moving team where ideas turn into actions quickly — and great design sits at the heart of everything we do.We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate concepts into visually compelling stories and elevate the Kyzo brand across digital, social, and offline touchpoints.What You’ll DoCreate high-quality marketing assets: social media creatives, performance ads, mailers, landing page visuals, product graphics, and brand collateral.Support brand storytelling through clean, modern, impactful design aligned with Kyzo’s identity.Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to bring briefs to life quickly and effectively.Produce design variations for A/B testing across campaigns.Maintain brand consistency across all creatives while experimenting with new formats and styles.Understand platform-specific design nuances for Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Display, and more.Work on decks, pitch materials, and internal design requests as needed.Manage multiple projects with tight timelines without compromising quality.What Makes You a Great FitStrong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, high-impact graphic work.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (nice to have: After Effects, Premier Pro).Ability to break down a brief and create visuals that communicate clearly and beautifully.Experience in designing for social media, digital ads, and brand communication.Good sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.Ability to turn around creatives quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.Curiosity, ownership, and a high bar for quality.Good-to-Have SkillsMotion graphics / basic video editing.Experience working with consumer brands or D2C companies.Understanding of UI elements (not mandatory, but helpful).Why KyzoOpportunity to build and influence a fast-growing brand from the ground up.Work closely with founders and creative decision-makers.High ownership, real impact, and a culture that values speed + excellence.A creative environment where experimentation is encouraged.
