Professional Exp:
- Highly motivated and results-oriented professional with around 2 to 4 years of Experience in IT Staffing Industry as a Senior Technical Recruiter.
- The Technology and Professional Staffing industry serving Fortune Enterprises, all major system integrators, leading managed service providers and technology companies.
Strong technical recruiting and staffing expertise with a thorough management and business background provides for building solid business partner relationships.
Used Tracking systems like Cie-pal, Job-diva, Prohires, Bench-info, and / Recruiter. Used innovative ways to source candidates that include Internet searches, database, searching, active referral generation, advertising, and sourcing.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with proven abilities in team management and customer relationship management.
A passion for professional ethics and adherence to company core values cares about people and gets results.
Expert in recruiting top-notch professionals in all areas of Information Technology with special expertise to hire hard-to-fill positions.
Coordinated the interview schedules, hiring, negotiating between the candidates and the hiring managers for each respective position, and finally closing positions with a high degree of focus on gross margin.
- Full - Cycle IT Recruiting experience in various industries.
- Experience in Working on IT requirements from different Implementation Partners.
Strong Knowledge on US Tax Terms W2, C2C, 1099.
- Expertise in Sourcing and Screening Consultants based on Client requirements.
- Experience in working with C2C, W2 projects.
- Expertise in Rate part/Salary negations.
- Experience working knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent problem-solving, team building, judgment, and decision-making skills coupled with good verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience working with hardcore IT positions.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Commitment to professionalism and strong business ethics.
- Responsibilities are sourcing and screening candidates based on Client requirements.
- Developed relationships with US IT Staffing Vendors and Successfully placed their consultants.
Technical Skills:
Recruitment Expertise: Full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and assessment.
Technology Proficiency: ATS, social media recruitment.
Communication Skills: Verbal and written, candidate feedback.
Collaboration and Adaptability: Team collaboration, adaptable to changing priorities.
