You will play a critical role in shaping our frontend engineering practices, ensuring seamless user experiences, and mentoring teams to deliver excellence. This role requires deep technical expertise in modern frontend technologies, strong architectural vision, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Your Responsibilities: Technical LeadershipDefine and drive the architectural vision for large-scale, high-traffic web applications. Lead the development and optimization of complex frontend applications using ReactJS. Set and enforce coding standards, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code. Conduct design and architecture reviews, influencing technology choices and frameworks. System Design & Performance Architect scalable solutions with focus on performance, responsiveness, and accessibility. Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) for enhanced performance. Integrate seamlessly with RESTful APIs and backend systems. Ensure applications meet the highest standards of speed, security, and scalability.Collaboration & InnovationPartner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver world-class user experiences. Translate business needs into intuitive, user-centric technical solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and introduce innovative solutions to improve development efficiency.Mentorship & Team DevelopmentMentor engineers, fostering growth in frontend development skills and career progression. Lead code reviews and promote a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Guide teams in state management, modular design, and best practices.Requirement: Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and advanced ReactJS concepts.  Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX), and build tools like Webpack, Babel, and ESLint. Strong knowledge of SSR/SSG, scalable frontend architecture, and performance tuning.
