Senior Systems Operations Engineer RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Operations Engineer to play a key role in managing and optimizing our global 24x7 production infrastructure. This includes ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across multi-site environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving automation and performance improvements.Manage an international 24x7, multi-site production infrastructure powering our services, including deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and security.Contribute to the evolving design and architecture of reliable and scalable infrastructure.You will be the first line of defense for incidents, support seamless product rollouts while maintaining industry-standard operational practices.Develop long-lasting partnerships across the organization to foster collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.Investigate complex problems and involve multiple stakeholders, network, hardware, and software related to scaling and performance.Ensure proper monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and reporting in the production environment.Demonstrable skills and 5+ years of experience managing, troubleshooting, and tuning Linux systems.Experience automating management of systems and applications using Perl, Python, or Ruby.Experience with industry-standard foundation technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SMTP, and LDAP.
