Job Title: Business Growth ManagerOur company is seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to drive growth through strategic capture planning, partner development, and teaming execution in the federal marketplace.Core Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive market research strategy to identify and qualify federal contracting opportunities.Analyze RFIs, Sources Sought, Draft RFPs, and final solicitations to inform capture decisions and teaming strategies.Support go/no-go decisions by assessing win probability, competitive landscape, and federal acquisition strategy.Teaming & Capture Strategy:Develop compliant teaming structures and workshare allocations that meet SBA limitations on subcontracting.Evaluate potential partners based on technical capabilities, past performance, socio-economic status, security posture, and compliance history.Cultivate long-term relationships with prime contractors, small business partners, and industry collaborators.Strategic Partner Relationship Management:Maintain accurate opportunity and partner data in CRM systems.Prepare capture briefings, pipeline reports, and partner assessments for executive leadership.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.Demonstrated experience in federal business development, capture management, or partnering within the U.S. Government marketplace.Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, SBA small business programs, and federal acquisition lifecycle.
