We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Agile Project-Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to coordinate and drive multiple customer-focused projects built on top of our core product suite. This role bridges project management, Agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth execution, predictable outcomes, and high-quality deliveries.Key SkillsProject ManagementAgile & Scrum MethodologiesJIRA (advanced proficiency)Strong communication & stakeholder managementCSPO or PMP Certification (preferred but not mandatory)Key Responsibilities1.    Project Planning & ExecutionLead and manage multiple parallel projects, from understanding customer requirements to final delivery.Define and maintain backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and task breakdowns.Develop project plans and roadmaps, ensuring clear milestones, timelines, and priorities.2.    Agile Delivery & Team CollaborationFacilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives for engineering teams'Coordinate with cross-functional teams & leads — Product, Development, QA - to unblock progress and maintain alignment.Participate in weekly customer meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and manage stakeholder expectations.3.    Tracking, Reporting & ToolsMaintain accurate and updated JIRA boards reflecting all tasks, progress, dependencies, and defects.Prepare and deliver periodic project reports covering metrics, risks, quality insights, and milestone completion.Ensure consistent adherence to Agile best practices and internal delivery processes.4.    Quality, Process & DeliveryMonitor progress against milestones and proactively identify risks or delays.Ensure efficient collaboration across teams to support testing cycles and production readiness.Drive continuous improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and delivery predictability.Who You AreMid-senior professional with experience leading projects in an Agile environment.Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional, collaborative environments.Passionate about helping teams deliver high-quality outcomes, sprint after sprint.Interested candidates please write to careers@payhuddle.com with your resume and subject line as job title.
