Role Overview:

We are looking for a UI and Visual Product Designer with 1-3 years of experience to support our early-stage startup. This designer will focus on crafting cohesive and visually engaging interfaces, working closely with our Product Design Lead to enhance the experience for B2B SaaS users, such as developers and product managers.

Scope of Work

• Develop and maintain a design system to ensure scalable, consistent visuals across the product.
• Design and refine UI elements with attention to visual hierarchy, accessibility, and interaction states.
• Collaborate with the Product Design Lead to align visual solutions with user needs and business goals.
• Conduct visual quality checks, ensuring designs meet brand and product standards.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to support cross-functional collaboration.

Examples of Design Assets and Contributions

• UI Components: Standardized buttons, icons, form elements, and interaction states.
• Design System and Style Guide: Documentation for typography, color schemes, and reusable UI components.
• High-Fidelity Screen Mockups: Key screens such as dashboards and data input forms with clear, branded layouts.
• Prototypes for Developer Handoff: Interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design intent and user flow.

Ideal Background

• 1-3 years of experience in UI or visual design, ideally within SaaS, tech, or digital product settings.
• Proficient with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI and visual design skills.
• Basic understanding of interaction principles as they apply to responsive, user-centered designs.
• Familiarity with design systems, branding, and style guides for a cohesive product experience.
• Degree or training in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field, with a focus on digital product design.
