DescriptionJoin our dynamic Data & Analytics team and unlock new opportunities for career growth and innovation.As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior in the Business Banking Data & Analytics team, you collaborate with stakeholders to define goals and develop strategies that drive product performance and enhance user experience. You leverage advanced analytics to inform product development and investment decisions, contributing to the success of Business Banking.Job responsibilitiesPartner with product, engineering, and business teams to define and monitor key performance indicatorsAnalyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and product performance to identify growth opportunitiesConduct deep-dive analyses and design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize product featuresBuild and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate product performance to stakeholdersPresent findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling mannerEnsure data integrity and consistency across analytics platforms, collaborating with data engineering teamsMonitor industry trends and competitor performance to inform product strategy and benchmark metricsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or engineering with quantitative research and data analysisEight years of experience with SQL, Python, Alteryx, and TableauStrong critical and analytical thinking with attention to detailAbility to define metrics, evaluate results, and draw business insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated experience in data integrity and consistency across analytics platformsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in data-driven storytelling to support strategic growth initiativesProven ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams
