This role is perfect for someone early in their HR career and eager to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment SupportAssist in sourcing candidates through various channelsSchedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managersMaintain candidate databases and recruitment trackersOnboarding & DocumentationManage onboarding formalities for new hiresCollect, verify, and maintain employee documentsEnsure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and timelyHR OperationsMaintain and update employee recordsAssist with HR-related policies and process implementationsHandle basic employee queriesAttendance & Leave ManagementMonitor daily attendanceMaintain leave records and follow up on discrepanciesEmployee EngagementSupport planning and execution of employee engagement activitiesAssist in organizing internal events, celebrations, and feedback initiativesWho You Are:0–2 years of HR experience (Freshers with strong internships can apply)Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or relevant fieldGood communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, proactive, and eager to learnComfortable working with MS Office and HR toolsSalary: ₹3 LPAApply now: Fill out the Google form –Or DM your CV to Come be part of our journey in building a people-first workplaceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundAbility to commute/relocate:Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Location:Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required)Work Location: In person
