The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting data-driven audience research, strategizing effective ad placements, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring return on ad spend (ROAS).Responsibilities:Conducting thorough audience research using data analytics and targeting methods.Creating and executing engaging ad campaigns that meet or exceed ROAS goals.Staying updated on best practices and platform updates to optimize ad performance.Requirements:Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Advertising.Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for ROAS.Strong knowledge of audience research techniques and targeting methods.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote environment.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or media agencies. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is beneficial. Salary/Compensation will be provided based on industry standards and the candidate's skills and experience.
