Lead Frontend UI DeveloperWe are seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead the development and architecture of modern web applications in eCommerce and product development contexts.This role involves leading cross-functional collaboration, mentoring a team of frontend engineers, taking ownership of deliverables, and driving front-end best practices.The ideal candidate will own the delivery of UI projects, collaborate with a team of frontend engineers, and contribute to hiring strategies and interview processes.Technical Leadership & DeliveryLead design and development efforts on complex, scalable frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand UI/UX requirements, estimate story points, and identify implementation risks.Provide hands-on mentorship through debugging, code pairing, and architectural guidance.Perform code reviews, merges, and builds of front-end.People & Team ManagementDirectly manage engineers, conducting regular 1:1s, growth conversations, and performance reviews.Contribute to hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate evaluation.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in team building and day-to-day operations.Requirements8+ years of frontend engineering experience with a focus on modern web stacks.Hands-on expertise in React, ReactJS, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, TailwindCSS, Webpack, Vite, and component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or Chakra UI.Track record of delivering and owning large-scale production applications.Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Additional RequirementsProficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, SCSS, and RxJS.Understanding of frontend-backend integration using REST APIs.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Strong analytical, debugging, and UI/UX development skills.
