SAP SuccessFactors Consultant PositionWe are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) expert to support our client's organizational learning and development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and implement the SuccessFactors LMS module to meet organizational learning objectives.Configure and manage various aspects of the LMS, including course catalogues, learning assignments, certifications, and user security settings.Ensure seamless integration of the SuccessFactors LMS with Employee Central.Analyze and report on learning metrics, course completion rates, course assignments, and compliance data to inform workforce development strategies.Develop and maintain configuration documentation, user guides, and provide training to the wider SuccessFactors Development and Operations team.Required Skills and Qualifications:SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals etc.SAP SuccessFactors LMS Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS functionality and best practices.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions.Understanding of core HR processes and standard practices within an international context.Ability to create reports and analytics within SAP SuccessFactors to track HR metrics and performance indicators.Familiarity with security protocols and compliance requirements within SAP SuccessFactors, particularly related to sensitive HR data.Data migration strategies and tools.MDF (Metadata Framework) and business rules configuration.Troubleshooting and debugging in SAP SuccessFactors, including issues related to configurations and integrations.Nice To Have Skills and Experience:Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or other module-specific certifications.Integration technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs.Integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP solutions (like SAP ERP HCM) and external systems.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Knowledge of SAP IAS Configuration.Proficiency with SAP Joule.
