We are urgently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Manager Finance Accounting for our client for their India Center of Excellence (CoE).


The Senior Manager Finance Accounting for the COE operations will drive financial success by overseeing accounting, finance, and tax functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing key financial insights for strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Develop and execute financial plans and budgets for the COE.
  • Perform financial analysis to monitor performance and identify improvements.
  • Prepare financial forecasts for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Accounting & Compliance:
  • Supervise accounting functions, including general ledger, AR, AP, payroll, and statements as per US GAAP/IGAAP.
  • Ensure compliance with local standards, manage audits, tax filings, and financial reporting.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify and mitigate risks such as credit, foreign exchange, and operational risks.
  • Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Strategic Partnerships:
  • Build strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and government agencies.
  • Negotiate favorable terms for financial transactions.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as the main contact for auditors, global finance, and leadership.
  • Present financial data and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
  • Global Operations:
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate financial statements.
  • Lead and support the global accounting team, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Transfer Pricing:
  • Apply fundamental principles and methods of transfer pricing.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–15 years of experience in accounting, finance, and management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
  • Proven expertise in financial operations within multinational environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
