Our passion lies in creating solutions that empower businesses to achieve unprecedented efficiency, innovation, and growth.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Senior Varicent Developer.Job Description:Understand clients’ business planning & performance management processes and related business requirements; communicate with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner.Help Solution Architect Translate end state business and technology models into solution blueprints.Ability to understand solution blueprint and execute itDeliver quality code with no defects and using best practicesAbility to self-manage time across competing priorities for optimal results.Work closely and harmoniously with both business users and IT personnel on projects.Strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modellingExpert skills of Excel spreadsheet modelling, macros, pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.Excellent communication and soft skills.Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodology.Ability to Work individually or lead a small groupAbility to work in DevOps modelDomain & Technical BackgroundDomain expertise in area of Sales Performance Management with hands on experience in terms end to end system implementation for direct or indirect sales channelStrong understanding of data/integration with customer source systems (ERP, CRM, APS, etc.).RequiredBachelor’s Degree - Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics4 years’ relevant experience on Varicent tool4 years of consulting/implementation prior experience with premise systems such as SAP BPC, IBM Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion etc.Advanced Excel knowledgeDelivered projects for large multi-national companies across the globeInterested candidates please share your profile: - deepti.sharma@relanto.aiTo learn more about us and our culture visit: www.relanto.ai.com & https://www.linkedin.com/company/relanto-inc/
