Quality Assurance ExpertWe are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance expert to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our software products through manual testing.Key Responsibilities:Create comprehensive test plans and cases based on product requirements.Execute manual tests to verify functionality, usability, and performance across various platforms and devices.Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, providing clear reproduction steps.Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure defect resolution.Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality.Support user acceptance testing by preparing test scenarios and assisting end-users during testing phases.Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test cases, results, and defect reports.Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Technical Skills:Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.Familiarity with bug-tracking tools.Basic knowledge of software development processes.Soft Skills:Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills to articulate defects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
