Job Overview

As a Branding & UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in developing cohesive brand identities and delivering visually appealing user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with various teams to design intuitive interfaces, ensuring that brand consistency is maintained across all digital touchpoints. This role blends creative branding with technical UI/UX expertise to build compelling digital experiences.


Job Description:

·      Create and define visual identity systems for new and existing brands, including logos, typography, color schemes, and other brand assets.

·      Translate the brand’s mission, vision, and values into visual and experiential design elements across multiple channels.

·      Work closely with the marketing and content teams to design the website which is aligned with the overall brand strategy and business goals.

·      As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual designs, mock-ups, and user interface designs.

·      Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and iterate designs based on user needs.

·      Ensure brand consistency and coherence in UI/UX across different platforms and devices.

·      Assist in developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and design documentation to uphold the brand standards.

·      Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

·      Stay up to date with the latest Branding and UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

•      Must have working knowledge in Branding, UI/UX designing and preferably in Graphic Designing

•      Proficiency in design tools – Figma (must), Adobe Photoshop (must), Illustrator (preferred)

•      Strong knowledge of branding principles

•      Experience in visual design and user interface design

•      Proficiency in creating mock-ups for web and mobile applications

•      Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles

•      Good communication skill – verbal and written

•      Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

•      Ability to work in a team

•      Prior internship or relevant experience is a plus

•      Degree or coursework in a related field such as Graphic Design, UI/UX Design is preferred
