The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, and CRM systems, with a proven track record of building and optimizing CRM workflows, data logic, and engagement algorithms. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, improve retention, and drive overall CRM efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage complex SQL queries for audience segmentation, reporting, and data extraction.Create and maintain logic trees and automation workflows for triggered email campaigns based on event-driven data.Collaborate with marketing and data teams to design algorithms that reduce customer churn and improve engagement rates.Work within CRM systems to isolate specific audience groups meeting defined criteria.Utilize Python and FreeMarker for advanced scripting, template customization, and automation support.Ensure CRM processes are optimized for accuracy, performance, and scalability.Support data integrity, system troubleshooting, and ongoing performance improvements.If applicable, leverage MessageGears or similar CRM platforms for campaign execution and data integration.Required Skills & Qualifications:5–10 years of experience in CRM technical roles or related fields.Proficiency in SQL (strong read/write capabilities required).Working knowledge of Python and FreeMarker.Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MessageGears, or equivalent).Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.Good to Have:Experience with MessageGears platform.Exposure to advanced CRM automation tools and customer journey mapping.Familiarity with customer segmentation, campaign optimization, and engagement strategy design.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹1,200, ₹2,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:Paid sick timeApplication Question(s):How does this role contribute to long-term CRM strategy and data governance, and to what extent will I have ownership or influence over those areas?"What CRM platform(s) does the organization currently use, and are there plans to migrate or upgrade in the near future?Experience:CRM Analysyt: 5 years (Required)Work Location: In person
