Job Title: Analytics Project Manager

Project Duration-6 months

Location-Bangalore (4 hours per day)


We are keen to look at someone who has good awareness of analytics / ML projects and more importantly can connect the dots between different programs and can surface progress / risks to leadership team in a proactive manner.



Role Overview:


We are seeking an Analytics Project Manager with a strong understanding of analytics and machine learning (ML) projects. This role requires a proactive professional who can effectively manage multiple analytics initiatives, connect various program components, and deliver clear, timely updates on progress and risks to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of analytics and ML projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, identifying key risks, and addressing potential roadblocks proactively.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and other departments to ensure cohesive alignment across all project phases and resources.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, and provide transparent communication of issues and proposed solutions to leadership.
  • Strategic Insight: Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Analytics and ML: Demonstrated knowledge or experience in analytics, machine learning, or related projects is essential.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on results, risk management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong Communication Abilities: Able to simplify complex information for diverse audiences and communicate with clarity and precision.
  • Problem-solving and Strategic Thinking: Skilled in connecting different project components, surfacing trends, and anticipating issues proactively.
