Facilitating Design to ProductionRoles & ResponsibilitiesAccountable for collaborative design process in Product Development: enable the collaboration of Material Merchants(trims-fabric), Technicians, to ensure price points , vendor briefing & relations, productivity, customer needs and timelines at Product Development stage. Managing customer relationships through communication during the product development  process. (Updates, clarifications, production feasibility/sustainability suggestions, Act as a consultant, post the PO milestone is achieved Handover success measures?Key Result AreaPD timeliness: plan for calendar (customer & vendor) and quality Ensuring timely delivery through Weekly Design/Sales WIPs: with pre updations and MOMSCompetencyTechnicians and Designers to collaborate+operate as ‘Technical Designers’C. Financial Responsibility Roles & ResponsibilitiesHaving a financial acumen to understand revenue goal and plan accordinglyManaging gross margins: Upon receiving the tech pack, having a clear picture/plan of the interlinkage between the revenue goals x groups x garments x amount x price x cost x timelinesDesigning into Sales & Growth: Meeting financial goals: designing the right amount of groups for the right amount of customers. Key Result AreaFinancial goal fulfillment: Creating Sales Sheet in collaboration with BUL and meeting the stated goalsSalary : 50-55kExperience : 3-5 years
