Job Title: Dynamics 365 CE Technical ConsultantWe are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant to join our team.Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) for maximum efficiency.Implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules, and form customizations as per client requirements.Develop and enhance CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web Resources to improve user experience.Build and customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and SLA/KPI configurations to meet specific needs.Power Platform DevelopmentConstruct Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Custom Pages using Dataverse for innovative solutions.Develop enterprise-grade Power Automate flows (cloud flows, business process flows) to automate repetitive tasks.Implement Power Platform governance, solution-layered development, ALM pipelines, and environment strategy to ensure seamless delivery.Optimize Dataverse tables, relationships, and column-level security for performance and stability.Technical Architecture & DesignCollaborate with Architects and Leads in solution architecture to create comprehensive designs.Develop high-level and low-level design documents, data models, and integration mappings to ensure best practices.Maintain adherence to Microsoft recommended patterns, security, and compliance standards to guarantee smooth operations.Key Requirements:5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.Strong development skills with C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, and familiarity with PCF Controls.Hands-on experience with Dataverse schema design & security and a solid understanding of Solution Architecture.Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate (Cloud & BPF), and Power Platform ALM/Pipelines.PREFERRED SKILLS:Azure Service Bus and Azure Logic Apps integration experience.Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks & Azure Functions.Azure AD, OAuth2, and application registration knowledge.About Us:We offer a collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
