Senior Project DirectorWe are seeking a visionary and accomplished professional to lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects. The incumbent will drive all aspects of project delivery from conceptualization to commissioning ensuring technical excellence, safety, and compliance with international and national standards.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & DesignThe Senior Project Director will be responsible for end-to-end planning for infrastructure projects including racetracks, highways, and associated facilities. They will collaborate with design consultants, architects, and technical experts to ensure designs align with FIA/FIM, MoRTH, and IRC standards.Execution & SupervisionThe role involves overseeing on-ground execution of civil works including track or roadway construction, drainage systems, lighting, and safety installations. Ensuring precision in surface leveling, pavement quality, and drainage for optimal performance and durability is key. Managing contractors, consultants, and internal teams to achieve timely and cost-effective project completion is also an important aspect.Quality, Safety & ComplianceThe incumbent must implement stringent quality control for materials, pavement layers, and workmanship. Ensuring full compliance with international (FIA/FIM) and national (IRC/MoRTH) standards and safety protocols is essential. Supervising installation of safety systems, barriers, lighting, and HSE adherence across all project sites is also required.Leadership & Team ManagementThe Senior Project Director will build and lead a multidisciplinary project team comprising civil, electrical, and project engineers. Defining roles, responsibilities, and KPIs for team members and subcontractors is crucial.
