Global IT Projects Sourcing SpecialistThis role involves identifying and securing new IT projects, clients, and technology opportunities for a leading global IT services provider.The ideal candidate will have strong connections in the IT industry, an understanding of global technology trends, and the ability to convert leads into successful engagements.You will work closely with a leadership team to source and bring in projects across various areas, including Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Digital Transformation, IT Outsourcing, and Staff Augmentation.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Opportunity SourcingIdentify IT projects, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders from global markets (UAE, India, KSA, Europe, US).Source new IT project opportunities for software development, cloud, AI, DevOps, mobile apps, etc.Target enterprise, mid-size, startup, and government clients.Business Development & Client AcquisitionBuild relationships with decision-makers: CTOs, CEOs, Procurement Heads, Product Managers, and IT Directors.Pitch services and convert leads into paid projects.Conduct requirement understanding calls and solution walkthroughs.Proposal & Bidding SupportCoordinate RFP/RFQ submission with the internal team.Provide client requirements, scope, and timelines to the technical team.Support proposal preparation, commercials, and negotiation.Pipeline & Account OwnershipOwn the opportunities you bring until successful closure.Maintain an active pipeline of leads, discussions, and negotiations.Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the delivery team.Market Research & ExpansionTrack industry trends and new technology demands.Identify potential markets to expand service offerings.Scout for recurring and long-term partnership opportunities.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong network in IT, consulting, or enterprise technology.Experience in IT sales, bidding, business development, or project sourcing.Understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to identify opportunities and close deals independently.Experience working with global markets (UAE/KSA preferred).BenefitsHigh Commission-Based Earning ModelCommission on:RFP/RFQ/Tender IdentificationSuccessful Bid SubmissionsNew Client AcquisitionProject Conversions (Web, Mobile, AI, DevOps)Staff Augmentation PlacementProject Extensions & UpsellsRenewals (performance-based)Remote & Flexible Work ModelWork from anywhereNo fixed office timingsNo daily reporting pressureFull independence in managing your pipelineIdeal Candidate ProfileIndependent, proactive, and self-driven.Strong business acumen and understanding of the IT services ecosystem.Ability to build long-term, trust-based partnerships.Target-oriented with a passion for growth and conversions.
