Job Details:- location : Pan India Mode Of Work : Hybrid Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Experience : 8-10yrs Type Of Hire : Contract to Hire Job Description Job Title: Regulatory Reporting IT Support – Run the Bank (Broadridge) Location: Gurgaon, India ,Experience: 4–7 years About the Role This role focuses on production support for regulatory reporting systems, specifically leveraging Broadridge platforms for compliance with regulations such as MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, and other global mandates. The candidate will ensure system stability, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements while working in a Run the Bank (RTB) capacity. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and maintain Broadridge-based regulatory reporting applications to ensure accurate and timely submissions. • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes. • Support reporting for MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, and other applicable regulations. • Assist in deploying patches, enhancements, and configuration changes in coordination with development teams. • Perform SQL-based checks and reconciliations to ensure root integrity. • Collaborate with business, compliance, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and process improvements. • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and incident logs for audit and compliance. • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation. Required Skills • Hands-on experience with Broadridge regulatory reporting solutions. • Strong SQL for root analysis and validation. • Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands and scripting. • Understanding of MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, and other regulatory frameworks. • Knowledge of trade lifecycle and capital markets products. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Ability to work under tight regulatory deadlines. Nice to Have • Exposure to automation tools (Python scripting, RPA). • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management). • Experience in Run the Bank support for glob
