Are You a Senior Angular Developer with an Eye for Perfection?
Supersourcing is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Angular Developer who combines technical expertise with a meticulous eye for detail and pixel-perfect design. This role requires someone with a passion for creating seamless, visually stunning frontend experiences and a drive to deliver quality in every aspect of development. What You’ll Do:
Frontend Development: Lead the development of high-performance Angular applications that are not only functional but visually captivating. You’ll deliver top-tier user interfaces that are both intuitive and engaging.
Pixel-Perfect Design: Implement designs with pixel-perfect precision, ensuring that UI matches the vision down to the finest detail. Your keen eye will bring consistency, color balance, and alignment to every component.
Collaborative Product Development: Work closely with our design, product, and backend teams to translate business requirements and design concepts into exceptional user experiences. Provide constructive feedback to enhance UI/UX.
Scalable, Clean Code: Write maintainable, reusable, and scalable code following Angular best practices. You’ll uphold coding standards, using modular patterns and aiming for clean architecture that stands the test of time.
Mentorship and Guidance: Support and mentor junior developers on best practices in Angular, fostering a team that values quality and growth. Act as a key resource for troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing frontend code.
Continuous Improvement: Adopt a data-driven approach to evaluate and enhance UI elements, ensuring peak performance and visual fidelity across different devices and browsers.

Key Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Angular development with at least 3 years focused on frontend development for scalable, high-traffic applications.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Angular (8+) and hands-on experience with Typescript, RxJS, NgRx, and other relevant libraries.
Strong understanding of frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Pixel-Perfect Vision:
Sharp eye for design detail, color theory, and layout, with a portfolio showcasing pixel-perfect implementations.
Experience working with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and familiarity with translating mockups into flawless UI components.
UI/UX Focused: Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and user-centered thinking. Passionate about delivering an experience that’s as polished as it is functional.
Performance Optimization: Proven track record in optimizing frontend performance, understanding web standards, and applying cross-browser compatibility.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and analytical thinker with an ability to troubleshoot and solve complex frontend challenges efficiently.
Leadership and Mentorship: Previous experience leading a team or mentoring developers in a collaborative environment. Able to provide technical guidance and constructive feedback.
Data-Driven Approach: Familiarity with using data insights to inform UI improvements and a commitment to continuous learning.
