We are hiring for one of our clients in Chandigarh (1000+ crore Turnover), the details are as following: Company Description The company was founded 50 years back and is a member of NCDEX, has evolved into a leader in the edible oil industry. The company has continually expanded, establishing multiple units and modern production facilities in Sriganganagar, Rajasthan, and Alwar to meet market demands. Their product portfolio includes refined and mustard oils and PET preform manufacturing. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Chartered Accountant (Head of Accounts & Finance). The Head of Accounts & Finance will oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, tax planning, and strategy development. The candidate will manage the accounting team, ensure the integrity of financial information, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and guidelines. Qualifications Must have handled accounts for a company with ₹1000+ crore turnover . Strong command over financial systems, ERP, and internal controls. Strong knowledge in Financial Reporting and Budgeting Experience in Compliance, Tax Planning, and Regulatory Affairs Proficiency in Strategic Financial Management and Analysis Leadership skills in Team Management and Development Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills Experience: 15–20 years Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) MBA in Finance or related advanced degree is a plus Experience in the edible oil or manufacturing industry is beneficial Interested candidates, please share their updated CV along with following information at Notice Period Current CTC Expected CTC
