Manage volumes and delivery expectations as per business requirementBeing apt in managing time sensitive work with high level of eye for detail and in collaboration with colleagues across geographiesActive engagement with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of service to our clientsSchedule adherence and punctualityTo develop excellent understanding of Processing systems quickly.Ensure that all statutory and company procedures are followed while processing work to protect clients, colleagues and the business interests of the companyProcess Certificate of Insurance as per client specificationTop 5 CompetenciesClient FocusAdaptability/Manage ChangeTeam WorkWillingness to Learn and ImplementTime ManagementPreferred candidate profileRequired Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, ExperienceQualifications: Graduate in any field.Shift timing: 6.30 PM onwards. We work in 3 shifts and candidate should be open to work in any of them per business requirement. (6.30 PM- 3.30 AM, 8.30 PM- 5.30 AM, 10.30 PM-7.30 AM)Skills:Good interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillMS Office - BasicEye for detailPassionate about qualityPlease carry your resume and last 3 months payslip for the interview
