Job Title:Senior Visual Creative LeadThis is a key leadership role where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the visual direction of our games.About the Role:You will be responsible for overseeing the development of high-quality visual assets, ensuring they align with the game's overall vision and style.Working closely with the game design and production teams to create engaging and immersive player experiences.You will lead a team of artists, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure art meets gameplay, UX, and performance requirements.Evaluate and optimize art assets for mobile performance, while maintaining visual fidelity.Pursue innovative techniques, workflows, and rendering styles to stay ahead in the industry.Develop presentation and marketing materials to effectively communicate the artistic vision.Maintain version control, art documentation, and regular feedback loops to drive quality and consistency.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor visuals, and R&D to bring fresh ideas to the table.Requirements and Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in 2D, video game development or equivalent training/experience.10+ years experience creating game art with minimum of 5 years at senior level or above.Strong portfolio showing various game art styles, polished final assets, and concept-to-delivery work.Experience working on published games from conception to release.Designing and developing game UX and UI experience.Expert knowledge of Photoshop.Good grasp of mobile performance constraints, optimization techniques, and memory/draw call limits.Understanding of fundamental art theory including principles of color, light, composition and anatomy.Ability to balance aesthetics with performance and usability.Additional Skills:Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).Positive influence and leadership skills.Motivates and inspires others to generate new ideas.Strong coaching skills.Considerable understanding of video games.
