Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to spearhead our most complex IT projects.Main ResponsibilitiesTo lead and manage diverse teams across multiple projects, fostering collaboration and efficient delivery.To oversee the timely completion of all project modules, meeting quality standards and client expectations.To conduct daily team stand-ups, task allocation, sprint planning, and workload balancing, ensuring seamless progress.Project Management & OversightTo translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications and technical tasks.To coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and client teams for streamlined execution.To drive requirement gathering sessions, functional reviews, and change management, mitigating risks and blockers.To monitor project dependencies and proactively resolve issues.Client & Stakeholder EngagementTo serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and demos.To present progress milestones, managing client expectations and ensuring high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Quality, Process, & DocumentationTo implement SDLC processes, documentation standards, and delivery frameworks, ensuring consistency and efficiency.To ensure accurate documentation: BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, workflows, test cases, etc.To conduct functional testing, UAT coordination, and sign-off processes, guaranteeing quality delivery.Operational ExcellenceTo ensure timely project delivery schedules with precise execution.To optimize team productivity through structured processes, reviews, and escalations.To identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and gap analysis.
