About this role:Senior Quality Assurance EngineerThis position requires a senior quality assurance engineer with expertise in manual and automation testing, software development, and bug life cycle processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working independently with minimal supervision.Analyze system requirements, specifications, or design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.Create detailed and comprehensive documentation, test plans, and test cases.Monitor, debug, and compare system logs using Datadog, Grafana in multiple environments.Perform system testing and end-user testing on our suite of solutions, including web-based applications and mobile apps on Android and iOS platforms.Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for backend, frontend, and mobile app development.Improve and maintain automation test coverage to reduce manual effort during day-to-day quality engineering.Identify edge cases and ensure software robustness before production deployment.Support and manage UAT, Sanity, Regression activities in multiple environments.Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and product teams to ensure quality and stability of software releases.The ideal candidate will also have strong technical skills, including proficiency in scripting languages like Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, as well as experience with tools like Playwright, MochaJs, ChaiJs, Jest, Selenium, and Postman. Additionally, knowledge of performance testing tools like Locust, JMeter, or similar tools is desirable. Experience working with cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform is also an advantage.In return, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment that fosters growth and learning.
