Tax Leadership RoleAnderson Global is a leading provider of corporate services, supporting entrepreneurs and investors across key markets.The Tax Manager will lead and oversee the tax preparation team and ensure efficient operations within the department.Team Oversight: Manage the tax preparation team to ensure they meet performance expectations and goals.Strategic Management: Collaborate with the US Tax/Accounting Management team on performance monitoring, goal setting, and implementing policies.Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the tax preparation team and provide regular reports to US management.Process Enhancement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the tax preparation teams.Staff Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities to supervisors to help them grow their leadership capabilities and foster a positive work environment.Compliance: Ensure that all teams are following established policies and procedures and are compliant with company standards, particularly US tax regulations.
