As a Digital Customer Engagement Manager, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.Key Responsibilities:Manage customer relationships and deliver high-quality solutions to meet their needs.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop proposals to drive growth.Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to customers on our cloud-based solutions.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new solutions and services to customers.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:4+ years of work experience as a SAP technical consultant with 2+ years in a customer-facing role.Excellent customer focus, networking, relationship building, results-driven, self-organized, and decision-making skills.Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications.Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers.Working experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA or any other cloud solution.Proficiency in English (written and verbal), additional local languages are a plus.What We Offer:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
