Enterprise Software Sales ConsultantJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our sales efforts on a commission-only basis. This is a part-time, flexible opportunity for a driven professional who understands the enterprise software landscape and can effectively communicate the value of integrated ERP, CRM, and HRM solutions to prospective clients.Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, healthcare, education, and professional servicesConduct product demonstrations and consultative sales meetings showcasing ERP, CRM, and HRM capabilitiesBuild and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecastingUnderstand client pain points and map XenonLabs solutions to their business requirementsNegotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targetsCollaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth client onboardingRequired Skills & Qualifications:Key Requirements:Proven track record in sales and business developmentStrong understanding of ERP, CRM, and HRM solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to travel as neededBenefits:This is a commission-only opportunity offering a unique blend of flexibility and challenge.Others:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
