Job Description

Responsible primarily for collaboratively working with the vendor to ensure the delivery of services to the BUs

Release purchase orders and monitor all POs through reports to ensure delivery commitments are delivered

Resolves issues, discrepancies, and operational challenges directly with the vendor & stakeholder

Maintain accurate user data across systems and manage and resolve small dollar purchasing activity.

Liaise with Finance to submit vendor invoices, GRN’s. Resolve any invoice related discrepancies and track payments.

Manage the Deluxe credit card program, conduct training on all procurement related systems.

Act as primary point of contact for any issue concerning the P2P process, or systems issue (SAP & Onbase)

Act as the liaison between Accounting, Budget, Procurement and Accounts Payable


Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor degree (preferably in commerce) with 4-6 years of experience in procurement management

Strategic mindset, Curious on new developments and opportunities

Good communication skills and good learner

Ability to conduct training, and understanding the procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle/process.

Understand and track cost drivers

Knowledge of e-tools, SAP, MS-Office: MS-Excel and Good Presentation skills

Excellent Negotiation skills


**Candidates should be ready to work from our office location (Banaglore) and flexiable to work in night shift (9PM to 6AM)***
