Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce ecosystem.Experience in migrating data and customizations across Salesforce environments, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.Proven expertise in integration with Snowflake, utilizing its capabilities to enhance data management and analytics.Strong hands-on experience with Sales, Service, Data, and Marketing Cloud, with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC).Provide detailed estimates for proposed solutions, articulating benefits and risks to ensure feasibility and functionality.Stay up-to-date with Salesforce product and technical capabilities, applying knowledge to drive thought leadership and innovation.Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements, working collaboratively with stakeholders.Expertise in unified deployment processes, ensuring cohesive coding approaches and corrective actions.Deep understanding of Salesforce constructs and best practices, applied to provide expert guidance and support.Required Skills and Qualifications:12+ years of experience in Salesforce, with at least 8+ years focused on architecture and design.Preferred certifications: Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, PDI, PDII.Benefits: Opportunity to work with a dynamic team on cutting-edge projects.Chance to develop expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and stay ahead of industry trends.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Others:Work-life balance and flexible work arrangements.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
