Role: Subject Mater Expert (IVI- Connectivity) automotive

Job location –Bangalore/Mysore



a) SME advice to IT or business for Connectivity strategy development and planning, e.g., RFP, budgeting, etc.b) Manage day-to-day supplier performance against the contract

c) Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 direct reports, ensuring multi-skilling and development.

d) Understanding the architecture of Vehicle infotainment/TCU and proposed business solutions

e) Understand product release guidelines and align testing processes according to the product release plan.

f) Good understanding and experience in product and project risk management

g) Effective communication with the customer and supplier to understand the business requirements and propose reliable solutions

h) Actively involved in processes and procedures related to Bluetooth Connectivity, BT Profiles, Carplay, Android Auto, Infrastructure, configuration management, compliance protocols, and customer trainings

i) Good understanding and experience in Agile methodology

j) Ability to multitask, prioritise, and have a problem-solving mindset


Primary Skills:

1. Very good understanding and experience in the Bluetooth Connectivity platform

2. Having advanced knowledge of communication protocols, e.g., V2X,GNSS,BT/WiFi,Ethernet,CAN,UART,MQTT,TCP/IP

3. Good knowledge of IEEE 5G standards and compliance

4. Highly effective business communication

5. Knowledge of the vehicle network, diagnostics, and related Tools
