Need candidate who has deployed Machine Learning and AI models on AWS in customer environment/Infrastructure. Like Sizing the AWS Infra and using the relevant components.


Key Responsibilities:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled (5-10yrs) as Senior Python Developer with a strong focus on backend API development and AWS expertise, coupled with a solid understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and high-performing systems in a cloud environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance backend APIs using Python for high-performance, scalable GenAI applications.
  • Ensure code quality and performance through unit testing, code reviews, and optimization techniques.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and observable APIs and microservices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in incident management and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address issues.


Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in backend API development and integration.
  • Hands-on experience developing high-performance APIs & Web applications using Python.
  • Proven experience in processing data, integrating with AI/ML models, and external APIs.
  • Experience working with SQL and database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Elasti DB etc.
  • Deep understanding of AWS compute services (EC2, Lambda, EKS, ECS), storage services (S3, EBS), networking services (VPC), and security services (IAM, KMS).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform/Terragrunt.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail, DataDog, PagerDuty.
  • Proficiency in Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs. Familiarity with API management and documentation tools such as Swagger or Postman.
  • Worked with FastAPI and/or FlaskAPI.
  • Experience in setting up and using automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, PyTest, or JUnit.
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed sequence diagrams and contribute to architectural documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
