Job Title: Mandarin Language Expert Location:- Mumbai (Powai / Mahape) / Pune (Shivajinagar) Experience: 5 to 7 Years Employment Type: Contract to Hire Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Job Description: Global L2 Support Mandarin Language Expert The Global L2 Mandarin Language Expert will support Mandarinspeaking clients by providing bilingual technical assistance translation and operational support to ensure seamless communication and incident management in global environments Key Responsibilities Handle L2level incidents service requests and escalations for Mandarinspeaking regions Translate all critical IT and business documents between Mandarin and English Ensure highquality and culturally aligned communication with endusers Maintain bilingual documentation service tickets and operational logs Collaborate with engineering and L3 teams to expedite issue resolution Review translated technical materials for accuracy and clarity Assist with APAC localization of platforms and services Conduct bilingual meetings and support communication during major incidents Prepare Mandarinlanguage status reports dashboards and summaries Identify trends and participate in proactive problem management Provide input for improving translation quality and customer satisfaction Support continuous service improvement CSI initiatives globally Qualifications Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related discipline Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English 7 years of L2 bilingual technical support experience ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification preferred Excellent written verbal and analytical communication skills Skills Mandatory Skills : Jira Service Desk,Servicedesk,Windows Server
