Role Overview:

As a Fashion Merchandiser at Love Pangolin, you’ll play a critical role in curating collections, managing stock, and ensuring that the products reach our customers at the right time, in the right place, and in the right quantity. You’ll work closely with our design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that our apparel resonates with our target audience and drives growth. Additionally, you will coordinate with buyers from large format stores to ensure seamless delivery of our products and collaborate with them on planning new collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Selection & Planning: Collaborate with design teams to understand product vision and assist in creating seasonal collections that align with current fashion trends and customer demands.
  • Market Research: Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform merchandising strategies.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage replenishment, and ensure optimal inventory for both online and offline channels.
  • Pricing & Promotion Strategy: Work with the sales team to determine pricing strategies and promotional plans that maximize profitability and customer engagement.
  • Exhibitions & Pop-ups: Assist with planning and executing exhibitions, pop-up events, and other offline activations.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that products are presented in a way that attracts attention and drives conversions both online and offline, ensuring that product displays are consistent with brand image.
  • Buyer Coordination: Collaborate with buyers from large format stores to ensure the timely delivery of our products to their locations, and work with them to plan for upcoming collections.
  • Cross-department Collaboration: Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth product launches and availability.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in fashion merchandising or related field.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and fashion forecasting.
  • Experience in coordinating with buyers from large format stores and managing retail partnerships.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for fashion and an understanding of Love Pangolin's aesthetic and brand values.
