Project Director for Interior DesignThe ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects within the determined scope, timeline, and standards.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a single point of contact for clients during project execution.Deliver detailed reviews of drawings to ensure compliance with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and effectively communicate these findings to clients.Receive materials from warehouses, validate them against orders/BOQs, and maintain quality control measures.Maintain day-to-day coordination among project stakeholders to foster effective teamwork.Provide regular progress reports on installation works to clients.Nurture professional relationships with design professionals, production teams, warehousing teams, and installation teams.Direct installation teams to execute work safely according to design plans while ensuring timely completion.Collaborate closely with internal production teams, logistics teams, and vendor supply teams to deliver high-quality execution and excellent customer experience.Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal stakeholders and providing effective solutions.Qualifications and Skills:A graduate or equivalent qualification (15 years of academic education).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Previous site job experience is essential, with a willingness to continue working in such roles.Familiarity with Google Suite or MS Office.Understanding of Project Management principles, including scheduling and sequencing of installation activities.Attention to detail and a no-compromise attitude towards quality.Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.A high level of ownership and customer-centric approach.Experience in the interior industry, particularly in kitchen, wardrobe, storage, modular, and fit-out works, is highly valued.
