About this roleWe are growing our team to provide on-chain liquidity and automated market-making across modern decentralized exchange ecosystems.This position focuses on building trading infrastructure, integrating with DEXs, managing liquidity pools, and optimizing execution services.This is a high-impact engineering role where you will work on real-time systems, blockchain interaction layers, and automated strategies across multiple chains.Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Chain Market Making• Develop Rust-based engines for automated liquidity provision, price quoting, and range management• Implement systems that update LP positions dynamically using volatility signals, price feeds, and inventory conditions• Integrate with concentrated-liquidity DEXs (AMM/CLMM pools)Blockchain Integration• Build and maintain the core blockchain interaction layer:○ transaction construction and signing○ on-chain event streaming○ state queries○ batch transactions and bundling● Implement reliable WebSocket, RPC, JSON-RPC integration with full error recoveryMEV-Aware Execution• Design execution pathways that minimize:○ front-running○ sandwich attacks○ flash-loan driven toxic flowContribute to internal tooling around MEV simulation, slippage prediction, and routing logicResearch & Analytics Support• Develop tools to backtest CLMM strategies using historical chain data• Build internal simulators for pool behavior, liquidity shifts, fee accrual, and volatility-driven regime changes• Provide high-quality analytics for trading decisions and pool designRequired Skills and Qualifications• Strong proficiency in Rust, async programming, and systems-level development• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, especially state management and transaction life cycles• Experience integrating with Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs)• Understanding of AMM models, CLMM (v3-style) mechanics, liquidity ticks, and impermanent loss• Strong engineering foundations: concurrency, distributed systems, API design• Comfort working with cryptographic primitives, RPC nodes, and web3 toolingBenefits• Opportunity to build a full on-chain trading stack from scratch• Work with cutting-edge blockchain ecosystems (Sui, Move, CLMM innovations)• High ownership and autonomy over engineering designPreferred Skills and Qualifications• Experience with Sui, Solana, Move, or other modern parallel-execution blockchains• Background in MEV-resistant execution, transaction bundling, or blockspace markets• Experience building market infrastructure (on-chain or off-chain)• Familiarity with Python/TypeScript for prototypingWhat We Offer• A dynamic work environment with high ownership and autonomy• Opportunities for growth and professional development
