About Our OpportunityWe are seeking experienced OTM professionals to lead end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations.The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience working with OTM Cloud, SQL, and must be well-versed with Agile & DevOps practices.Experience with OTM on-premise to cloud migration will be a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities:Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM Implementation projects.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules.Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems.Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues.Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities (if applicable).Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.Create documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations.Required Skills:8–12+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud; exposure to both functional and technical areas.Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures.Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build/release processes.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.Experience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration (mandatory for senior role; good to have for mid-level).Excellent communication and client interaction skills.Benefits:Broad knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.Familiarity with APIs and integration concepts (SOAP/REST).Other Requirements:Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
