Job Role: You’ll anchor circuit-level design for SRAM compilers, owning characterization, SPICE-based verification, and day-to-day execution with minimal guidance. This role blends deep technical hands-on work with independent problem-solving. Responsibilities: Circuit design for SRAM compilers using advanced techniques Characterization and performance analysis across corners Verification using True SPICE and Fast SPICE flows Daily design tasks with minimal supervision from the Project Leader Collaboration with architecture, layout, and verification teams Qualifications: MTech/BTech in ECE or related field 5-10 Years in SRAM compiler design Strong circuit-level design and SPICE-driven verification experience
