About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant to join our team.As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions using Microsoft's leading customer relationship management platform.You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements.With your expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, you will design, configure, and customize modules, implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, and form customizations.Additionally, you will develop and enhance CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web Resources.In this role, you will also build and customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and SLA/KPI configurations.Furthermore, you will integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration, and custom middleware.Key ResponsibilitiesDynamics 365 CE DeliveryCustom Entity ImplementationCRM Extension DevelopmentModel-Driven App CustomizationIntegration with Enterprise SystemsRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRMStrong development experience with C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, PCF Controls (preferred)Hands-on experience with Dataverse schema design & securityStrong understanding of Solution Architecture, solution layering, and managed vs unmanaged solutionsPower Platform skills including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform ALM/PipelinesIntegration and Azure skills including Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and Azure FunctionsAbout YouWe are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with Microsoft's product roadmap.You should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder-interaction skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly desirable.We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can grow and develop your skills.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a talented team and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions using Microsoft's leading customer relationship management platform.
