Job Title: Power Platform Developer Experience: 1 – 3 Years Location: Mumbai /Pune CTC: Upto 9LPA Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a passionate Power Platform Developer who has hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing business solutions to automate workflows and enhance productivity across the organization. Job Description: · Develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)· Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate · Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party systems · Design and deploy Power BI dashboards (basic reporting knowledge preferred)· Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions · Troubleshoot issues, perform enhancements, and ensure platform governance & security compliance · Document development processes, workflows, and technical configurations Required Skills & Qualification · 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform · Strong skills in: o Power Automate Cloud Flows o Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) o Dataverse / SharePoint integration · Basic knowledge of Power BI , SQL or Azure services is a plus · Familiarity with business process automation , UX design, and Common Data Service · Good communication & requirement-gathering skills · Experience with Power Virtual Agents · Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or .NET for custom controls · Microsoft Power Platform certification · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) Please do not apply if your Notice Period is 60/90days.
