Data Protection SpecialistRole Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Data Protection Specialist to lead our efforts in safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring compliance with global data privacy regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining robust data protection solutions.Main Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and maintain data protection solutions, including DLP, encryption technologies, and data masking/tokenization.Develop, refine, and enforce data protection policies, standards, and procedures with legal and compliance teams.Manage and optimize data protection infrastructure, including Key Management Systems (KMS), Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), and cloud-native protection services.Participate in security incident response activities related to data breaches or data exfiltration events, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.Ensure data processing activities comply with global and regional data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
