Your role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring successful IAM project execution. You will also mentor team members, lead solution design, and ensure adherence to industry best practices while driving continuous improvements in security delivery.Roles & Responsibilities- Act as an SME for SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations and operations.- Lead the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.- Spearhead application integrations, including development of custom connectors, rules, reports, and workflows.- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.- Provide expert troubleshooting, support, and resolution for IAM-related issues.- Collaborate with operations teams, developers, and application owners for requirements gathering, design, and ongoing support.- Build custom plugins and complex customizations (e.g., segregation of duties, infrastructure asset integration).- Contribute to key project decisions, mentor team members, and ensure delivery excellence.- Champion automation, efficiency improvements, and risk reduction initiatives within the IAM domain.Professional & Technical Skills- Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ (mandatory).- Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).- Experience with access management, compliance reporting, and IAM best practices.- Hands-on expertise in BeanShell, PowerShell, Java, XML, SQL, LDAP, REST APIs, SCIM.- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and other enterprise data sources.- Experience with Service Standard Build (SSB) processes for SailPoint customizations.- Familiarity with security frameworks and industry standards.- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.Additional Information- Location: PAN INDIA- Education: Graduation- Open to collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholder groups We're Hiring: Security Architect – SailPoint IdentityIQ (Bengaluru)Are you passionate about Identity & Access Management (IAM) and have expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ?
