Our organization seeks an experienced Neurologist to join our medical team in the Caribbean.This position offers the opportunity to practice advanced neurology in a modern clinical environment while enjoying an exceptional island lifestyle.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and manage neurological conditions including stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, neuropathies, and headache disordersLead inpatient, outpatient, and emergency neurology servicesOversee stroke management, including acute intervention and multidisciplinary rehabilitation planningPerform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as EEG, EMG, and lumbar puncturesCollaborate with neurosurgeons, radiologists, rehabilitation specialists, and other clinicians for integrated patient careDevelop and implement treatment protocols aligned with current best practicesTrain and mentor medical staff and residents in neurological careParticipate in clinical audits, research, and continuing medical educationMaintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to hospital quality standardsQualifications:MD / DM / DNB / MS in Neurology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institutionMinimum 3–5 years of post-specialization clinical experienceValid medical license to practice (or eligibility for licensing in the Caribbean)Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills in neurologySkills & Competencies:Expertise in neurological assessment, diagnostics, and patient managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient-centered approachAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamExpertise in stroke management and neurophysiological testingCommitment to evidence-based medicine and lifelong learningCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary in USDHealth insurance, relocation assistance, and support with licensingOpportunities for continuing education and professional developmentWork-life balance in a welcoming, scenic Caribbean environment
