We build intelligent solutions that empower individuals and organizations to bridge the skills gap and achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasetsTranslate findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders using statistical science techniquesDesign, develop, and deploy machine learning models for skill prediction, personalized learning recommendations, and intelligent matchmaking using Python libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorchExperiment with various algorithms and techniques to optimize model performance and improve accuracyMaintain and improve existing models through continuous monitoring and retrainingRequirements:At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar roleStrong programming skills in Python, including experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorchSolid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniquesExperience with clustering, embedding, similarity analysis, and segmentation analyticsProficiency in statistical science, including K-Means, Cosine Similarity, and other relevant methods
