Job Title: Creative and Innovation Intern Location: Aundh PuneDuration: 3 MonthsStipend: 5000/ Per MonthJob Summary:As a Design Thinking Intern you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to apply design thinking principles in developing innovative solutions. This role provides an opportunity to work on realworld projects enhance your skills and gain insights into the design thinking process.Key Responsibilities:
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct user research gather insights and analyze data to understand user needs behaviors and pain points.
  • Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions contribute creative ideas and assist in generating innovative solutions.
  • Prototyping: Create lowfidelity and highfidelity prototypes using various tools and techniques to visualize concepts and test ideas.
  • User Testing: Assist in planning and conducting user testing sessions collecting feedback and iterating on designs based on user input.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers product managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of design thinking principles.
  • Documentation: Document design processes research findings and project outcomes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction Psychology Business or a related field.
  • Strong interest in design thinking innovation and usercentered design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with user research methods and tools.
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques.
  • Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Previous internship or project experience in a related field.
