This includes identifying and building process improvements and scalability to our current systems. The Project Manager, Data Integrity and Policy is the front line in ensuring that these goals come to fruition. This position will have a high degree of interaction with the Analytics, Business Operations, and IT functions across Palo Alto Networks. This role will be based in our Bangalore office in India.Your ImpactIdentify, design, and advocate for opportunities for optimization, scalability, and/or automationManage and communicate optimization projects end to endMaintain steady progress on open projectsProvide effective and frequent communication with cross functional teams and stakeholders of project progressConsult with downstream cross functional teams for impact analysis of proposed projectsManage complex, urgent, high visibility, or intricate issues and escalationsDesign, build, and analyze reporting and data visualizations for monitoring data accuracy and integrityEvaluate mass data analysis and updates of account information to increase data accuracyEnforce data standards, policies, and processesExecute regular and periodic data maintenance and validation activitiesQualificationsYour Experience4+ Years of experience Ability to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvementAbility to communicate, advocate for, and lead optimization projectsAbility to work cross functionally, especially with Sales Operations and ITAbility to pick up new tools, platforms, and business processes and policiesInterest in the concerns and topics related to data maintenance and governanceCan execute tasks with high attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyOrganized, proactive individual that can operate independently in solving complex problems with little guidanceStrong interpersonal skills for internal collaborationSkillfully manage requestor escalations through appropriate channelsExperience with SFDC is requiredExperience working with Google Suite or similar platformsComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentAdditional InformationThe TeamOur Strategy & Operations team at Palo Alto Networks works on a set of strategic initiatives to drive process improvement projects to deliver improved efficiency and scale through simplification, automation and innovation across Sales Operations tools and processes.You will be part of a growing, passionate, and dynamic team with an opportunity to work on challenging and exciting projects – centered on what we believe is one of the most significant mission statements in the world.Our CommitmentWe’re problem solvers that take risks and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo.
